What is a serviced office?
A serviced office is a fully equipped, staffed and managed workspace available on flexible monthly terms. Everything is included - reception, IT, meeting rooms, cleaning, rates and building management. You arrive, plug in and work. Agreements can run month-to-month to 12 months. The main trade-off is cost per desk (higher than leased) and less ability to personalise the environment. For early-stage or rapidly changing businesses, the flexibility premium is often well worth paying.
