As a strictly tenant-only advisory, our job isn't to close a transaction - it's to champion the client's interests, long after the lease is signed. The clearest proof of that isn't a single deal. It's a client returning, again and again, as their business changes. Across three of our longest-standing relationships, that's exactly what's happened, and it says more about how we work than any single case study could. Client relocations aren't one-off 'wins'. Here's what happens when clients come back.
£190m+ in commercial property transactions
Over £30m saved for clients
30+ years combined tenant-side experience
Securing five sites across the country | UK-wide | Leased & Serviced | Property Management | 26,000 sq ft
Pinnacle Group didn't come to Spacepoint once - they came back five times. Across London, Liverpool and Chelmsford, each requirement was driven by a different stage of the company's growth: an initial relocation into Euston Tower running in parallel with a new regional office in Chelmsford, followed by project space in Liverpool and overflow space in London as the business kept evolving.
The reason it worked wasn't managing five separate transactions - it was understanding Pinnacle's wider business vision and aligning each search against it, rather than treating every requirement in isolation.
"Pinnacle Group has been working with Laurie for a number of years. He has successfully delivered on our brief each time and ensured a good balance between affordability and functionality for the 26,000 sq ft he has secured for us around the country. Laurie is always our first port of call when it comes to our property requirements, the professional, yet personal approach, combined with innovative tech make for a winning combination."
- Paul De Kock, Head of Projects.
Three moves, two countries | Knightsbridge | Leased | Finance | 4,000 sq ft
Freshstream is one of Spacepoint's longest-standing clients; a private equity firm we've relocated twice in London and helped establish in Amsterdam. Each move represented a genuine step up: from St James's as the launch pad for the firm's earlier years, through to a period property overlooking Harrods in Knightsbridge as the business matured.
What stayed constant across three transactions and two countries wasn't the brief - it was reading what each stage of Freshstream's growth needed a space to say about the firm: client-facing and considered, never ostentatious. That's the workspace acting as a factor for the business's success, not just square footage.
Outcome: Three offices secured across two countries, built on a long-running relationship of understanding the client's evolving vision.
An off-market opportunity designed to grow with Sona | St James's | Leased | Finance | 33,000 sq ft
Having already managed Sona's previous two relocations, Spacepoint was the natural call again as their 2026 break option approached. This time the brief was sharper: a large, high-quality office in a highly competitive market, with the flexibility to support fast-continuing growth; a genuinely hard combination when suitable stock was extremely limited.
Over an 18 month search across on-market and off-market opportunities, we applied the specialist intelligence and market visibility that come from two decades of tenant-side relationships to identify a standout development available to pre-let. We then structured the deal so Sona could grow into the space over time, securing an additional floor and initially subletting roughly a third of it, giving them the ability to reclaim it as the business expands.
Outcome: 30,000+ sq ft secured, with a long-term structure designed around Sona's growth trajectory, not just their immediate headcount.
Three clients. Nine transactions between them. The same principled advocacy, every time. Tailored fresh at every stage, because no two moments in a company's growth call for the same solution.
That's what independent advice looks like - advocacy built around the tenant, not a template.
Tell us about your search - every brief is led personally by Mark or Laurie, with the expertise and the time to give it the attention it deserves.
