A long-term partnership with Freshstream

Freshstream is a private equity firm and one of Spacepoint's longest-standing clients. Over the course of the relationship, we have relocated their London office twice in London and helped them establish their office in Amsterdam.

The Challenge

Each instruction has come with its own brief, but a consistent thread runs through all of them: Freshstream needed spaces that felt right for a private equity firm, client-facing and considered, without being ostentatious. As the business evolved, so did its requirements, and each move represented a step up from the last.

Our Approach

We first placed Freshstream into St James's into a property that served as the perfect launch pad during its earlier years. As the business entered its next chapter, it was clear that the new office needed to reflect its growing ambition.

After exploring opportunities across a large part of the West End, we negotiated terms on a beautiful period property overlooking Harrods in Knightsbridge. As part of the agreement, the landlord committed to making further alterations to the space, tailoring it to Freshstream's specific requirements.

The Solution

Three offices secured across two countries: St James's, Knightsbridge, and Amsterdam giving them an established London and Amsterdam presence.

A long-running client relationship built on the same thing every time; understanding their needs, finding the right space, and negotiating terms that go beyond what's on the table at the outset.
