ProMeritum is a finance firm who first came to Spacepoint when they needed their initial London office. When they outgrew it, they came back.
The Challenge
ProMeritum needed more space and they needed it in Mayfair. The opportunity we introduced was an assignment of an existing lease from a tenant wishing to exit the space. Understanding the assignment process allowed us to set a realistic timeline for all parties and maintain the project's momentum
Our Approach
Knowing the business already meant we could move quickly and with confidence. We identified the assignment opportunity, assessed it against the brief, and pushed the transaction forward at pace, coordinating closely with all parties to make sure the consent process didn't become the bottleneck it so easily could have been. The timeline was tight, but manageable with the right pressure applied in the right places.
